Holiday Inn Express Marshfield Hotel - Page 1

I felt that this was a very good place to stay. The staff was helpful in directing me to a local place to eat as I did not want to eat at the McDonald's restaurant across the street.

We have stayed at this location several times since it was new and it has stayed like new ever since. It's close to the freeway.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff greeted and treated us as if we were very important to them and called to make sure everything was okay in our rooms.

The hotel was overpriced. They would not open the breakfast area for an evening meeting. We were forced to meet in the lobby with not enough chairs.

The front desk clerk could not find my reservation. We were traveling most of the day and night and checked in around 6 AM. She didn't really care that we were exhausted. She took her time and finally (with my help) found the reservation. She should have been more friendly and willing to help.
