Horrible
Nothing.Worst service ever.“I am angry. The clerk, which was very unprofessional, was very unapologetic. The rooms are just not that nice. Went to the comfort suites next door. They really did not have what we needed either since it was also...
Ms. Nicholson, Roy, & Jeremy are just the greatest. The breakfast is superior to some of the "Luxury" Hotels I have stayed at. I hope the owner realizes and appreciates the value of these great...

The service was excellent, we checked in late. The room was ready and the clerk knew exactly who we were. I loved the new linen program, especially the pillows, the towels and the linens.
I am very likely
to return to the Holiday Inn Express Marion.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

I find that there is a significant difference between some of the Holiday Inn Express hotels. The one in Bloomington Illinois is elegant and it has better TV reception. The rooms are also larger. The one in Marion, however, is cheaper so a little more inviting when I have to be out for a while. I wish that the one in Marion had better TV reception. I am also able to get better control over room temperature in Marion. I can at least open a window. In Bloomington, if it is warmer outside I cannot put on any cooler air during the winter. I need to have the room very cool or at least have some air circulation. This is not easy to attain in Bloomington.
I like the fact that they now include four pillows for each bed. Each has a different softness. It makes it easy to relax. I also like the fact that the lighting is quite good so I do not feel I need to strain.
