Awful

The bathroom was so dirty

The bathroom was so dirty I had to call to have shower curtain replaced because it was covered with dirt. I didn't feel comfortable in my room because I kept thinking about how dirty everything must be.

I liked my stay there, they were very friendly and knowledgeable.

This hotel made me feel welcome: They greeted me with a smile and they offered assistance when they saw me struggle.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Express Madison.

They have excellent service and are very accommodating.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: Not being home is soothing even when I have the three dogs and three teenagers with me as I did this time.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Express Madison.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
