The staff at the Lynchburg, Virginia Holiday Inn Express is friendly and very customer oriented. The location is ideal. I wish I had their beds in my home. I could sleep forever. I have returned to stay several times and would highly recommend them.

Not all the stairways were accessible to the main floor. We had to take the elevator from the second floor to reach the main floor.

The hotel staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. One employee stayed late to pick me up from the train station. Another employee drove me to and picked me up from my destination every day. I will certainly stay there again!

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The employees went out of their way to help me when I needed help, especially with transportation.
