Okay
I just wanted to let you all know that the hotel is very good but the service was bad. The staff is very rude when I tried to get some extra items at the desk. When I tried to tell that to manager in the morning, he was worse than his staff.
45 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
There was not one single place within the entire building where a person could smoke, unless he was staying in a smoking room. I wasn't, out of consideration of the rest of my traveling party. The weather was wicked out, and I was not happy.
