Horrible
I tried to make a reservation today and receive a discount for the Arkansas State Championship Horse show and they said the rooms set aside for the discount were full. They had just given another member of our association a discount 30 minutes...

I was agreeable with the hotel, until checkout. The room wasn't bad, but not worth the price I paid for it. My bill was $76.00, but I was charged $96.00 due to the fact that I used my charge card. I was unaware of this fee, because it wasn't brought to my attention at checkin. I was very disappointed with this fee, because it is the first I've heard of it, and again, it wasn't brought to my attention until checkout. If I'd known, I would have definitely stayed elsewhere, because I passed higher quality hotels, to get to this one.

This is a super clean, very friendly staffed hotel. It has easy entrance, easy to find from the interstate. The breakfast was super. I would highly recommend it!
The hotel manager was very helpful in using a computer system. He even brought me a cold drink to relax with.
