68 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

I found out on the next to the last day in the hotel that the security card would not lock the door when we would leave the room. The room was unlocked during our entire stay.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Express Lexington.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

69 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

We found that the door did not lock when leaving. We also found a large roach on the wall that flew into the bed as we tried to kill it. We sent an e-mail to motel manager telling him we would try to use the motel one more time. We never heard from manager either by phone or email.

I am not likely to return to the Holiday Inn Express Lexington.
I would not recommend it to friends.
