The staff is always friendly. The rooms are well-maintained. The afternoon cookies are a thoughtful touch.

This hotel made me feel practical: The rooms have fridges and microwaves, so I can bring my own food and drinks. The laundry room allows me to do laundry. I travel to this hotel 2-3 times/week and they let me leave a car in the lot where I lock up my clothes and some food items that don't need to be kept cold.

It was like most hotels - convenient and comfortable. But the bed was too hard for my taste.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff greeted me by my name, and was very warm.

I find that Holiday Inn is neat and clean and I do like and would like to see more where you can enter from outside into the room rather than having to go inside and down a hall way to get to your room. The outside entrance is much easier for those of us who are in a hurry.
