32 year old female with a economy budget, traveling for leisure

The breakfast bar was great. There was no toilet sanitation paper on the toilet.

This hotel made me feel pampered: I got the extra pillows and free toothbrush and toothpaste.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Express Klamath Falls.
I might recommend it to friends.

58 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

This inn was very comfortable and the staff went overboard to help get me a room on the ground floor because of my handicap, with an outside entrance close by.

This hotel made me feel respected: They showed regard of my disability and did everything in their power to provide for my comfort as they did all other guests.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Express Klamath Falls.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The location was not exactly the best, but the hotel was clean and functioned well for the purpose of my stay.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Express Klamath Falls.

This is a really nice location. They serve very good food for breakfast. The employees are very efficient and pleasant. The rooms are clean and well-maintained.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Express Klamath Falls.

The promised Internet connection was out of service several days with no attempt to repair it even though I asked every day.

I am not likely to return to the Holiday Inn Express Klamath Falls.
