The hotel has a good location. They have upgraded bedding and have extra pillows that are very comfortable.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Express Kerrville.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

I checked that everything was as expected because I have high expectations for the hotels at which I stay. Holiday Inn always meets those high expectations. All the employees were extremely courteous and very helpful. The front desk staff was very helpful with finding a specific restaurant and giving me specific directions to get to it. The housekeepers who cleaned my room were very friendly and gave us the extra towels and things we requested. I would not hesitate to stay at this very location again, and I will not hesitate to make reservations at any Holiday Inn location in the future.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Express Kerrville.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

We had a family reunion and I liked the use of their large lobby for visiting and playing dominoes. The staff was accomodating.
