It was convenient for my purpose.

The directions were a bit confusing and it has minimal parking.

They have excellent customer service. It had all the amenities including food, refrigerator, safe, TV, ironing board, and coffeemaker, included in the price. They let us check in late and check out late without problems. It’s clean, comfy, and offers a free breakfast. There were little extras in the bathroom. It was an excellent experience. It had a good location and was quiet.

This hotel made me feel respected: They treated me like a king.

The place has a convenient location. It is a no frills hotel but it is clean and comfortable.

The person at the front desk was very helpful and extremely friendly. It was a great place to stay because of the proximity to the airport and the shuttle service.

The housekeepers could have a more of a can do attitude.

Most Holiday Inn Express hotels are great hotels, however in this particular location the rooms were small and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. Also, there are no restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, and that made it very difficult to find something to eat after we arrived from the airport.

The hotel is located near JFK airport and has a shuttle. They have a great breakfast. It also has internet in the business area. It was a good place to stay.

This hotel made me feel welcome: When I called from the airport they came almost immediately. Check in was great, no problems. The room was ready and after a twelve hour flight that was great. They made sure that I had some brochures about the local restaurants.

It was fine. My flight got cancelled and I needed a place to sleep before my flight in the morning.

This hotel made me feel practical: They provided me with what I needed and they told me where the kitchen was so I could eat.

The hotel was basic but clean and in good order. The free continental breakfast was very good. I would stay there again.
