Holiday Inn Express Jefferson City Hotel - Page 1

I stayed here while in town for my cousin's wedding. I had a great, large non-smoking room that was right behind the office (which was great for traveling with 2 small children). The contiental breakfast was great also. I stayed right as they were getting new bed linens and towels. The bed was wonderful, the towels were huge and soft! They offer complimentary popcorn, soda and water in each room.

I wasn't impressed though with the pool area or the cleaning staff. The pool was very small, but that is expected from a HI Express. I was pulled from bed early in the morning to answer the door for a cleaning person that clearly didn't see that someone was still occupying the room.

I would stay here again, definitely for the price!

You will not be disappointed by choosing this Holiday Inn Express. It's very clean, the staff is very friendly, and they have free popcorn and cola for your evening pleasure.

I did not like how dated the hotel was. I also did not like how you could hear the ice machine echo in your ear while trying to sleep.

We reserved rooms for three nights only to be told after the second night we had to leave because no rooms were available. The rooms were to be non-smoking but we were sick for weeks as the people in the room next to us smoked all the time. Also, the staff spoke no English.

The pool had hot water, the hot tub had cold water, and the room was unbearably hot and steamy.
