The clerks are friendly and the breakfast areas are clean. The carpets do need to be shampooed more often. I don't feel that the cleaning crew knows how to check when the carpet needs a good cleaning. I don't feel that I should have to wear my shoes in the room.
This hotel made me feel relaxed: I liked the friendless of the personnel and their open attitude when concerns were issued about the condition of the carpet.

This hotel made me feel respected: The staff treated me well, using my last name preceded by "Mr." They asked if I needed any help or assistance, and quickly worked to accommodate me in any way possible. They were very respectful.
