Holiday Inn Express Jacksonville Hotel

I could not get the in room high speed internet connection to work reliably.

This hotel made me feel secure: It was in a safe area.

This was the first time I stayed in a Holiday Inn Express. I thought that the mattress had seen better days. It was very uncomfortable. I don't think I will select another Express, when traveling. I have never had a problem with regular Holiday Inns.

I always enjoy staying at Holiday Inn because of the cleanliness and speediness.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: It made me feel good because it was clean. It had everything I could ask for at the front desk, with speedy room service. The pool and exercise room were perfect.

I liked the good location. The room was as expected.
