This was one of the most comfortable hotels I've stayed in! The bed, sheets and pillows were great. They gave you 4 pillows per bed, both with "soft" and "firm" labled on the pillow cases.

63 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
The room was overpriced for a single occupancy. The smoke detector low battery alarm went off at one o'clock in the morning. The entry lamp light bulb was burnt out. They double billed me for one night and that took two months to clear up but the staff was friendly and accommodating.
I am not likely
to return to the Holiday Inn Express Irondequoit.
I would not recommend it to friends.

The hotel was very quiet and in a nice part of town. I was able to get my work done and go where I needed to be very easily. It’s a great place to do business.
