We arrived and were greeted with smiles, cookies, and a great room.

The pool and hot tub were wonderful! Would definitely stay again.

It was a really nice hotel. We were expecting just a typical hotel, but it was a beautiful one with large rooms and bathrooms. We had three rooms and each was very comfortable.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The beds were very inviting and the staff was nice.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Express Idaho Falls.
I would not recommend it to friends.
