I had a problem with the reservation and the General Manager - Sam - did not give us the decency of hearing me out. He was rude and gave the impression he didn't like to get a complaint from a woman. He would not make eye contact with me but attempted to make me feel inferior to him.

The beds were sagging and easily could roll off the bed. The jacuzzi had so much chlorine that it made everyone's eyes burn from the fumes. The sauna didn't work. Every time you came back to your hotel room, you needed to reprogram your card key, because it would deactivate as noted at the front desk. I would definitely not return - MAINLY BECAUSE OF THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED FROM A HOTEL.

It’s a very nice hotel. I would stay there again. The only thing I would suggest is having a variety of foods on the breakfast bar. The cookies in the lobby are excellent.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: There wasn't a lot of traffic at the time of my check-in and the check in process was very efficient.

The Holiday Inn was great and it was located downtown near Min Maid Park. The room was great and everyone was nice and the stay was very enjoyable.

It's in a great location, but we had a couple of interruptions by a maintenance worker and front desk calls. The hotel staff was confused at arrival though and needed to get a manager involved at check out time.
