The location, the comfort and the service were excellent. The cable channels were limited, so I was not happy about that.

This hotel made me feel welcome: I arrived early and they gave me a room upgrade so I could check in then. They did not charge me for the room upgrade.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Express Houston.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Everyone was so helpful and made my stay one of the best I can remember.

This hotel made me feel welcome: They greeted me and they seemed pleasant and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Express Houston.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Everything was ok. I had a last minute appointment scheduled at the Medical Center and the Holiday Inn hotel was the closest hotel that had a room available.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Holiday Inn Express Houston.
I would not recommend it to friends.

The location was great for going to the Texans game and the hotel was a lot nicer than what we expected for the price.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Express Houston.
