I booked a block of rooms for a family function nearby. The pool was not useable but the hotel staff failed to let us know that when we booked, therefore a lot of people were very disappointed, mainly the children. The management did give us a discount on the cost of the rooms, but this did little to pacify the kids in the group.

It has great location; great service, and is a great value.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The check in staff was very helpful in finding the best rate and the best room for us. Very important to us was the fact that they accepted our dog and I think she felt as appreciated as we did.

This location of Holiday Inn Express is awesome. The staff cares for each family as a neighbor instead of just as another customer. They go out of their way to meet the individual needs of each customer that stays with them. They are highly involved with the local community.

This hotel made me feel pampered: It attempts to meet the needs of customers to the best of their ability. The room service staff is amazing in their endeavors at making each stay feel like home. They have a great concern for children and animals, as well as the adults paying for the stay.

This location of Holiday Inn has the best staff I've ever found! The staff is very helpful and ready to address any problems that may arise. They have a down-home attitude with guests, which is that they treat guests as friends instead of merely customers.
