Nice location overlooking the boats in the harbor.Lobby check-in location is not well marked from outside. This Hotel shares public areas with the Four Points Sheraton, (connected by a second level foot bridge), yet has the better location...
49 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
I called and made a reservation for my daughter for her birthday. Suddenly, my daughter has been taken ill and is hospitalized. I called 20 days in advance to cancel, NO WAY! It was an advance purchase full payment from my credit card and they will not refund. You see Holiday Inn has changed ownership and the person I spoke to at Customer Relations says this is the new HI and there is no way to make any changes. No cancellation penalty, no change of date, I offerred both. They are sold out for this weekend and still won't budge. Good bye Holiday Inn! BEWARE!!!!!
