Mediocre
I was very un happy with the customer service of this hotel. The room was nice, but pool and whirlpool was shut down. Customer service kept making excuses and saying it would be turned on shortly. Never was over 3 day period.

Service was nice, but there were problems with the stay. There was no lighting over the sofa. Telephones were inoperable. Rain was leaking into the front wall of the lobby. The hot tub was inoperable.
I was given a friendly greeting and helpful directions.

I would not recommend it to friends.

The bulbs in the lamps were not working and the maid couldn't find the proper bulbs so I could not read in bed.
It was practical because the room rates were reasonable, a handicapped room was acceptable. But several lights did not work and maid couldn't find the proper bulbs.

to return to the Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites STILLWATER.

On a scale of one to ten, I would rate Holiday Inn Express an average of nine. The training their help is getting is by far above other hotels we have used. If given a choice would travel miles to avoid a Best Western in favor of Holiday Inn Express.
I felt relaxed because of the quality of the help, the management, the food and general ambiance and the location.
