The location at Fisherman's Wharf menas you are within walking distance of all the famous attractions: Pier 39, Ghiradelli Square, the Alcatraz and Bay Cruise Ferries. The Cable Cars and antique trolleys provide convenient transport to downtown San Francisco, Union Square, Chinatown and the Moscone Convention Center. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well equipped. The breakfast buffet is great, although it can get noisy and crowded at peak times. There's an on-site fitness center and business center and the staff are miltu-lingual, helpful and friendly. The parking is expensive at $32, so it's worth looking for elsewhere to park!

The room was a bit run down and we were disappointed that the rooms could not join, as it was the one night a year that our family could be together. The rooms at the Hyatt and Hilton across the street were much nicer.
The front desk clerks were extremely friendly and handled the high traffic very well. The breakfast was a nice bonus, with welcome fresh fruit.

They took too long to answer the hotel phones, even after I had tried repeatedly to order room service. The toilet overflowed and when I reported this problem it took at least two hours for someone to come to the room to fix the problem. There were not enough towels.

This place was wonderful. We have limited funds so anything we get is considered extra. The continental breakfast was so much more and better than expected. The staff was courteous and helpful. After we checked out they held our bags so we could enjoy our morning! We went to Chinatown, the Pier, and the chocolate factory. It is so close to everything! It was truly a wonderful place! Clean, close to all, and with great people!

We found the location to be excellent. The mattress was not the most comfortable we've experienced, but far from the least comfortable. Our room was spacious, clean and efficiently made up each day. There were extra pillows and an extra blanket in...
This hotel is located in a very pleasant area of SF, from a short walk from the Fisherman's Wharf and 2 blocks from the cable cars stops. Everything is well-maintened and clean. Nice breakfast. Inconvinient: far from the subway.
