Shuttle service to/from PDX.Not close to rail line stop. Clean linens, clean room overall. However, the lobby floor was under renovation at the time of our stay, and the breakfast bar was disorganized (couldn't find keys for beverage refrigerator)...

Building is frame construction and so if a guest is just walking around on the floor above you, it sounds like a herd of elephants. Otherwise, it's a pretty nice hotel.
38 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
Everything was very nice. My luggage was delayed and the front desk held it at the desk until we arrived back at the hotel. The people at the front desk were very helpful. The hotel was very clean, bright, and very welcoming.
Usually when not traveling with my husband I am treated less well. But the staff at the Holiday Inn Express was very delightful and treated me and my son very nice.
I am very likely
to return to the Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Portland Airport.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
