This Holiday Inn Express Hotel was friendly and helpful. They tried to do what they could to help us find what we were looking for and get us to the places that we desired to see.
The people at the front desk were very willing to try to help us with our travels in the area. They did not give the impression of being in a hurry or being annoyed by our questions and needs.

to return to the Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Pigeon Forge/Near Dollywood.

The room was ok. Carpet was stained and caulking on bathtub looked old and moldy. Worst part was the view, there is a lovely view of a cemetary right outside your window on the opposite side of the parking lot.

Reception friendly. My parents bathroom was dirty when we first arrived, but all it took was one call and it was cleaned within minutes. Didn't have any issues with mine and my husband's room. Very pleasant stay. Yummy breakfast.
