I was in town for business trip and the location is very close to hwy. Rooms are very clean and breakfast was perfect , i enjoy indoor pool and fitness center..

The staff was very nice and accommodating, however, the first problem is that there is only one entrance/exit onto a busy street.
The hotel had a bad smell upon entry and the floors, carpet, rooms were dirty. The room had spider webs on the walls and were also dusty. The bedding was really bad. I wanted to just bleach down the entire room.
Other than that, it was a place to lay my head. They could definitely use some housekeeping help!

The staff was superb. The manager gave me one night free out of three nights because the tub didn't work even though the shower did. The telephone was covered in dust and dirt, the room was not cleaned by three p.m. when I had gone to a youth baseball game at nine-thirty a.m. Also a family with a lot of kids snuck a large sized dog in the side door and didn't clean up after it on the grass. My son stepped in dog stuff and was upset. The lobby was great as a gathering place for our team. The computer in the lobby entertained our boys and was a magnet. The free breakfast with an upbeat staff was great. It's a good location for a hotel.
The staff was upbeat and really listened to questions and treated all with care and respect. It was fun.

to return to the Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Pickerington-Columbus Area.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
