My son and I needed a clean, comfortable hotel near Sky Harbor. I got lucky by choosing this Hoilday Express. Iwas told it was recently remodeled. It looked and felt that way. Cost was about $120.00 total. Beds were very comfortable. Clean. Quiet....

pros: Maid service goodIf you don't get downstairs to what they call breakfast by 6:45 forget anything but cold cereal and possibly a stale muffin and a cup of weak coffee. If you happen to get to "breakfast" in time you be treated to mealy powdered ...

The hotel staff was the most pleasant we have ever had anywhere. One of them went out of his way to be of service to us.“Our stay was great but short because we were flying out the next morning but if we ever go back to Phoenix we will stay here...
Considering my daughter and I were among approximately 200 unexpected guests, we were royally treated indeed. In 1995, our Amtrak train, The Sunset Limited, traveling to Los Angeles, was sabotaged and derailed near Hyder, AZ. Many passengers were airlifted to local hospitals, and those of us with lesser injuries were brought to your Inn, where we were greeted by their wonderful staff, who had rushed to get everything together to meet the emergency. They opened their ballrooms, as we were to be 'processed' by the FBI, and fed us well when we were through. We were given comfortable, clean rooms, and very welcome room service as well. The breakfast buffets were fresh and delicious, and the relaxing time spent by the pool was very healing. Both my daughter and I remember the experience and would love to return to you for a visit. You turned traumatized passengers' lives around with the warmth of your hospitality. My grateful thanks!
