35 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
Stayed with my family on April 19, 2008, had black ants in room 418 and complaint was ignored by night time staff. Morning staff was mostly concerned with when I called in the complaint rather than having ants. Also had problem with curtains, they did not close all the way and the hotel sign was right outside our window. Bed was comfortable and the resturant in the back was very convienent. Breakfast was ok nothing great.
