pros: beautiful hotel, great staffVery Loud!! I could hear my neighbor on the phone, watching TV, the planes--terrible. I would expect this from an old hotel but not a new one.
Honestly, this was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. The shuttle service was awesome. Everyone on staff did everything they could to help us out and I felt they really catered to me to make sure I was happy. The breakfast was ok

Very clean and close to destination.Bathroom door was closed automatically. This hotel was clean, the bed was comfortable and clean. I would recommend it to anyone going to Oakland.

Great location for raiders games and great shuttle service.Front desk was not very helpful. Went to a raider game with my 8 year old son. The hotel was clean and offered shuttle service. Will return again.
