The overall stay was nice, it was simply that Holiday Inns are top of the line in this area and for the price, you'd expect things to work in the room, cleanliness, etc. , and that didn't happen.

We stayed in a smoking room that was not only cleaner than we had expected, but it did not smell like anyone had ever smoked in that room. We were quite pleased with our stay and will stay there again in the future.
