Business trip. We used a meeting room and stayed in the hotel as well. The staff was great. The accommodations were excellent. We were comfortable during the meetings and in our rooms. Loved the fridge and microwave. Breakfast was a nice surprise as well.

I stayed here for a few months. The room was OK, pretty basic. The service in this hotel can be lacking, depending who is on duty. I had better luck with some personnel than others. Not the best hotel in town, but fine for the money.
Dirty rooms (check them out first). Poor service (try getting someone on the phone). Wont resolve disputes (put money first not customer). STAY AWAY, ask around first.

I received the worst customer service ever. Their managers avoid talking to you like the plague. My calls to the manager have still not been returned for over a month now. The hotel goes out of their way to make you miserable, and will not work with you at all. We cancelled our room well in advance but were still charged for the room. The manager was uncooperative even though the 1800-holiday customer service wanted to give a goodwill credit. The manager said she will not refund even though the main office wants to, but can't without her support. I have spoken to others, and she does this all the time. Avoid the Holiday Inn Express in Norfolk, NE.

Horrible
Staff is unfriendly and unwilling to resolve complaints. They charge for room that was cancelled. Manager would not return calls. Stay away from this hotel if you want good service and clean rooms.
