The place was clean, in fact it had an overwhelming smell of pine-sol when you walked in, it was way to much. The room was clean, but it had the worst pillows I ever slept on. It was a bit off the main areas and I had received wrong directions...

Excellent
Everything was up to parr. Today it is hard to find a place that is real clean and our room was very clean. Staff was very nice. I would recommend to all my friends and family.

My friend and I stayed here for the weekend with our kids. We planed a visit to the zoo, and thought the indoor pool would be nice for the kids. Boy were we wrong, the pool is only 4 1/2 feet deep. Be cautious of dishonest hotel employees. My daughter left her Game Boy in the room on the night stand. We went back to get the Game Boy and it was gone. This was within 1 hour of checking out of the hotel. When the cleaning lady was questioned about it she got very defensive, and said she didn't even know what I was talking about. Hmmm....That really makes me wonder.

My husband I were so happy with the holiday inn express. It was a wonderful experience from the wonderful foods at breakfast to the cleanliness of our room, I would highly reccomend this hotel to travelers.
