I really have nothing bad to say about this Hotel. The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean. It is conveniently located and all Memphis tourist attractions are at most, a twenty minute drive. The hotel supplied easy driving directions. We did...

Tanya. We stayed 3 nights and had a different problem everyday. A spider in our bed the first night, no towels at all in the room the 2nd day, a large bug in bathroom the last day. Housekeeping loudly knocked at our door at 8:00 a.m. 2 of the 3 days and tried entering after we had told them to return later. As we sat on the bed, it sank down and squeeked everytime we moved. I did let them know of the problems at check out and they did reimburse one night. About 1/2 mile down the road on the last day, 2 female bodies were found in a vacant lot, so the neighborhood isn't the greatest. The motel did have security gaurds at times. Also, the hottub and fitness center was out of service.

Good
This hotel met most of my standards for our trip. The hotel was clean, the breakfast was good and the staff was nice. The pool was small, but served it's purpose. It could have used a good scrub down though.

The hotel was new, pretty, and convenient to the airport. The front desk person who checked us in was great, very nice and very helpful. The continental breakfast offered many choices. It was fresh and plentiful.
The daylong airline difficulties forced us to stay at a hotel in this area for a night. The clerk who checked us in listened to our woes and offered a distressed traveler discount, which was much appreciated.

I would definitely recommend it to friends.

It is relatively close to a major highway for easy access. It has an on-premises restaurant serving good quality food early through late for reasonably prices and served by outwardly friendly people who seem to wish to ensure a pleasant stay. Tourists should be friendly if they wish to be treated in a friendly way.
The front desk personnel were courteous and smoothly quick and exhibited a friendly demeanor. The bellman, for whom I had no employment, was pleasant, personable, and joked about an in-progress sports contest in which my team opposed his. I felt comfortable, also, when the ladies in the restaurant gave us excellent food service in a timely and pleasant fashion.
