49 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
My wife and I were enjoying our stay there on January 26 and 27, 2008. The hotel was clean and the rooms were comfortable. We were happy with our stay.
However, that all changed after we checked out of the hotel. About two hours after we checked out, my wife realized she didn't have her Hawaiian Heirloom solid gold bangle on her wrist. She left it at the hotel. The bangle cannot fall off of her wrist. She must physically squeeze her hand and shimmy the bangle on and off. I called the hotel and of course, they were not able to find it. I did file a report with the Marina police.
I'm not blaming the hotel for my wife forgetting the bangle, that's on her. However, I am questioning the honesty and integrity of the staff.
Be warned, if you forget something at this hotel, you probably won't see it again.
We were very satisfied with our stay, they went out of there way to accomodate any of your needs. Rooms were clean and comfortable with a fridge and microwave, plus they had free Wi-Fi, the breakfast was decent and free too! If we needed any extra toiletries that we may have forgotten they were eager to find it for us. The staff were very courteous and professional, we would definately stay here again we loved it!!!

A very clean hotel with large room.The location. My wife, son and I enjoyed this hotel; the staff was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was fresh, plentiful and the staff was very accommodating.

The decor was up to date, the employees were very friendly and the breakfast was wonderful.Nothing. We chose this location because we wanted to be away from the busy crowd but it was close enough to drive to the sights. This hotel is great. Better...

The Holiday Inn Express is like a second home to me. The employees are some of the classiest people I’ve met. They made my stay very comfortable and stress-free. The facilities are kept clean and the room is always nice when I check in.
