27 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for business
I am a platinum Rewards member with Holiday Inn and expected better of this hotel. When I checked in the clerk was watching TV and waited until the commercial to check me in, I had a guaranteed reservation and they gave my room away (This was at 7PM) They gave me a lower quality room. The room I had was ground floor across from the pool, this made the room humid and sticky all night. My access card would only work 1 time before I would have to go to the front desk and have them re-swipe it. (Had to do this 5 times)
I'm not saying this was the way they always do this, my last visit to this hotel went fine...
I would just suggest caution... There are cheaper hotels with the same service within a couple of miles.

It was conveniently located. The check-in was great. We were upgraded because they did not have the non-smoking room we asked for. It was a wonderful room.
