Horrible
Front desk charged our credit card twice for our stay, and has been a nightmare trying to get our money back. We're going on two weeks now with no solution. Have spoken to front desk supervisor AND the hotel manager - both of who were incompetent...

My husband and I "ran away" for a night. This hotel offered jet tub in the king suite which was very nice for a couple. Breakfast was excellent and service was great!

It was ok. We were there only for a short time. We just spent the night and we were gone early the next morning. I found it to be nice and not bad smelling.

I was there for 2 nights in July. Rooms were very clean. Bed was very comfortable. This location appears to be fairly new (less than 2 years). Convenient to eating establishments (Chili's, IHOP, etc.).
Desk clerk incredibly rude - do not stay here

Horrible
Desk clerk was very rude, hung up on me when I asked for another room because my air conditioner did not work. She would not provide another room until I called guest services. Unacceptable. Do not stay here.
