My mother-in-law had flowers waiting for me on our last visit. The front desk clerk made sure that I received them and took special care of them for me until we arrived. He recognized us throughout the rest of our stay there and always made it a point to speak to us. The people that work at this hotel are the best group of people at one hotel that I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. They are part of the reason my husband and I always stay there.
