They remembered me from the last visit. They remembered my need for disabled facilities even when I forgot to ask. The beds are really, really comfortable.
There was a coffee maker in the room. The beds were incredibly nice. The TV was idiot proof.

We love Holiday Inn Express. They have nice rooms and good value. They don't spend on amenities you don't want and the continental breakfast is much more than a continental breakfast. The last one we stayed at had an evening gathering with some adult and conventional beverages and light snacks and fruit. It was the first for us but I think more managers should incorporate it.
