Everything was really nice and the service was good... except for the guy who checked us out and charged my card even though I'd just verified that I prepaid. I called a few days later and they did a fairly quick refund. The rooms were great though, ...
31 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
We were the only people in our wedding group who got stuck in a room with no refrigerator or microwave and we really needed it, as we have a child with special needs and diet and a baby. The front desk staff basically treated me as though it was my fault that this had happened and would not even bother trying to help us figure something out. We would have accepted someone bringing in a refrigerator, anything! It was really difficult to work around this, especially being hundreds of miles from our home.

We were booked in a block of rooms for a wedding party. We really needed and wanted a microwave and a refrigerator. We did not have them. When I asked if we could be moved, I was told that it was impossible, that they were fully booked. There were fewer than twenty cars in the lot. My son had to eat all his meals cold and I could not make bottles ahead for our baby, nor chill the cold pack to keep bottles cold when I did make them. It was very stressful for parents of a special needs four year old with dietary restrictions and a ten month old. We had traveled all the way from Connecticut, it was not like we had some ability to be more flexible than we already were being.

I liked the location away from the noise of the major highway and the close proximity to the restaurants. The check in and room served their purpose but didn't feel special in any way. The bed could have been more comfortable.
The natural barrier between me and the highway was appreciated. The fact I was up a few floors from the entry helped me get out of the cattle barn atmosphere down there.

It had all the cable channels to watch. Their hotels are always near wonderful restaurants, stores and even some unique shops. One we stopped at in Warrenton, Missouri, also was near a farm, which was very fascinating.
