Excellent
We travel to Idaho Falls monthly to do our shopping at the chain stores. We ALWAYS stay over for a few nights and this is OUR VERY favorite place to stay. I have NO doubts that this is a VERY safe hotel for me to stay alone at with my 4 children...

Horrible
the hotel was okay. the room smelled like lake and smoke. it was a it worn. the beds were flat and hard. breakfest wasn't good, nobody there to refil the dishes. the front desk was rude.

I am a third party that reserved and paid for the reservations at the hotel. I have had to make several calls to this Hotel to make sure that the reservations were corrected. I got confirmations that had both parties names but received billing...
