Horrible
I had no problem with the night crew, but the man during the day was rude, very sharp and the 2 times I had to deal with him , very unhelpful ! I dealt with stopped up sinks and toilet both days and his help was to carry the plunger to the rom for...

Mediocre
Have had great experiences at Holiday Inn Express in past. This was NOT up to their par! Old, smelly and way overpriced for what you get. There is a reason they only post one picture of the exterior...
52 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
It would have been nice if they had considered what a bad part of town this was. They had poor security. They did not respond to complaints of harassment by outside strangers. Most of the guests were affected by this situation.
For the most part they were professional. It was the inexperienced night staff that was the problem.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Huntsville-University Drive.
I might recommend it to friends.
