Staff was very helpful.Pool was out of order and my son planned on swimming. Strange smell in room, no bottled water was available for purchase. The hotel staff was very nice, but there are no stores or restaurants other than Denny's nearby. There...

Nice comfortable lobby to have coffee and read the paper in the morning.Box springs on beds were too soft and worn out in the room we were given. Nice convenient location for the Humble area.

Very convenient to restaurants, night clubs and shopping.Lobby printer was out of ink, and when I asked fro a refill cartridge, I was ignored by the desk clerk. Very comfortable stay. Convenient to entertainment and shopping. Easy to get to form...

Location to my business meetings and appointments.No in room movies. Great place to stay as a base for business calls. Property is very clean and the people are very nice. Has everything a business traveler needs.

Convenient parking.Room was not clean when I opened the door. No one came out to greet me when I arrived. Finally got the attendants attention by ringing a buzzer that was hard to see. The room that was assigned to me was at the back of the property....
