I enjoyed staying at this location as it is very close to Grove City Outlets. I have a hard time sleeping on strange beds but not at the Holiday Inn hotels. The room was clean and comfortable.

All was fine except they got the amount of rooms reserved wrong and we were short one room and then when we checked out we were overcharged and that had to be corrected. This was all time consuming and after a long drive to arrive we just wanted to settle in our rooms. Then when we left we just wanted to get on the road to get back home.

The hotel had a good location. I disliked the inaccurate check in.

It’s very clean, I loved the new decor they are using. The poolroom and pool were nice and clean but a little too cold. Overall it was a very nice stay, I will use Holiday Inn Express next trip.

They front lobby had someone there at all times.

I like everything about the hotel except the price. It has risen quite a bit over the past few years. We probable won't stay there again because of that.

Even though I had made reservations directly with this hotel and printed out the confirmations, they were not what I asked for. I had to call more than once and was assured I would get what I asked for even though my confirmation sheets didn't show that. But when we arrived of the four rooms I had reserved only three were available. On checking out we were charged more than we were quoted so had to get that all straightened out and of course it was blamed on the computer. We requested three rooms with two queen size beds in each, one handicapped, which were not available they said. I had been assured over the phone that what I needed in rooms and beds were available and then to arrive and find out this wasn't true made our experience with Holiday Inn not a pleasant one.

They had a very friendly and efficient desk clerk. They surprised me with free snacks because I am a priority club member.

They answered my every need.

The room was clean and neat. The hotel had easy on and easy off accessibility from the freeway.
