Overall, I was disappointed with this new hotel. Water was hot in the sink, only lukewarm at best in shower. Desk Clerk said it had been a problem since opening.. and still no fix?? Service was okay, not poor nor execptional. Breakfast items were picked over and my cinnamon roll was hard as a rock!! Coffee was Warm , but not in the least bit hot!! Bedding would have been comfotable, but I found several hairs on my pillow!!
Stayed at this new hotel only to find they did not have hot water- except in the sinks where it was boiling, scalding hot. The manager told us this had been a problem for a long time, yet she did not even apologize or at the least offer to move us to a new room- very dissapointing!
Hotel was very loud, breakfast was packed with kids everywhere and we had no where to even sit down.
Will not be back- we had to contact Holiday Inn directly to get any type of resolution.
