This hotel was great all the way around. We arrived late and the staff was very courteous and even inquired about our travel and priorities.Once we arrived at our room it equalled in the comforts and amenities.They went out of their way in every way to make the experience the best it could be.It was a very pleasant surprise. We're not ranchers or tourists, but have an appreciation of Texas and Fort Worth history and this is a place to stay and experience that.The service is great - we've never had any problems. They rearranged the suite without extra charge and gave us an extra hour to clear the reception afterwards.
My only complaint's that the bed was little uncomfortable.It was still a great experience.

I liked the room, their friendliness of the employees. The maid service was exceptional. I liked the pool and gym area but we ran out of time in using it. The breakfast area was clean and the food was good. I asked for wake up service and I got it right on time. If I go to visit there again I would surely stay at this hotel.
