The staff was very friendly & helpful. Location's a little off but it was a nice, clean place. Don't like to pay a lot, very good for the money. Very comfy beds, rooms aren't huge though. Would definitely stay there...

Fine in all respects except very hard to find. Is behind a Hampton Inn not readily visible from highway. Fayetteville street names are confusing (many similar names) and better directions are needed.

Excellent
I was very impressed by this hotel. I have stayed in many Holiday Inn expresses. The lobby was very nice. The pantry for extra items was also nice. The continental breakfast is adequate. The only room they had left when I stayed was a smoking room....

We were tired from driving. We pulled in, they had a room, we did not use any of the facilities, we just showered, watched TV, slept, and left early in the morning to continue our drive. It was very clean and I would recommend it to everyone.

The hotel was selected for its location, close to Interstate 95. The reservations we made online did not show on the hotel's computer. Fortunately, I had printed the confirmation and the receipt from my computer, and took them with me, to prove that the stay was prepaid, because the front desk clerk was asking me to pay again.

Hotel not visible from road. Access around other hotels was confusing. Suite was actually a large room with pillars between bed and sitting area. Large bathtub with whirlpool jets. Swim pool and fitness area were off site and required a drive....

The rooms are excellent. The lights turned on over the beds as I entered. It had luxurious bedding. The staff always recognizes me by name when I enter. This happened after the first time I stayed. I am amazed I am recognized by name, even when I have several weeks between stays. I am always given an upgrade here with out asking. This does not happen at other Holiday Inns on a regular basis. It is much appreciated. The location is convenient to all parts of Fayetteville.
