37 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The hotel was decent for the amount of time we stayed there, we were staying the day before our cruise. When returned home from our trip and check my credit card, I realized I was double billed for the one-night.
I immediately called the hotel and was told it was an error that happened to several guests and that it would be taken care of. After five phone calls and four weeks later, it’s still not taken care of. Therefore, in the end, we were charged $400 for one night. A gross error on the hotel’s part and we will never stay at another Holiday Inn Express ever again.

Horrible
I have never had the misfortune of dealing with such incredible ignorance as I've had to with the staff at this hotel. I have had so many pleasant experiences with other Holiday Inn's that this was a complete and utter let down.
