Location, staff, complimentary breakfast.We asked for non smoking and had smoking - they reimbursed us 20.00. It was a nice quiet place to stay and very helpful staff. Will stay there again.

The room we were in was very spacious and very accommodating.There were two occasions that the hotel messed up, very frustrating. Very nice hotel, Great amenities, but there is no business center which can make your stay a little frustrating. Staff...
47 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
I enjoyed this hotel so much I came back two years later. It’s always clean, has nice people, and is conveniently located. They were even nice to my dog. I needed a room for three adults, a baby, and a small dog, and they were just great and actually seemed happy to have us there!
There were no problems when I had a dog and a baby with me. They were happy to meet our needs and very helpful when we asked questions about the surrounding area. We actually moved to the area, partly because all of the people we met were smiling and relaxed.
I am very likely
to return to the Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Eugene/Springfield-East (I-5).
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
