We found the found dest staff to be courteous and friendly. We did ask some misinformation from the front dest staff. We asked how late Splash Lagoon was open and was given incorrect information. The contintental breakfast in the morning was good....

I am familiar with hotels and knew what to expect when booking from this hotel's reservation staff. I am also familiar with the owners of this hotel, to some extent. My stay was satisfactory and met my expectations.
