45 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
Was told the room had 2 beds, it had only one. When I went back downstairs to tell them of their mistake, they told me there was nothing they could do. I had to have 2 people sleep on the floor. Then, the next morning, we couldn't even take a shower because the water pressure was zero. They told me that it happens when the hotel is full. Horrible experience. Do not stay at this hotel!
