I chose this hotel so the kids could use the pool, but the heater was broken and the water was too cold. It is hard to travel with disappointed children.

The stay was fine and convenient. The hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly.
They are always asking me what I needed and making sure that I was comfortable with everything that was being provided. Each time I passed the front desk, I was greeted and asked if everything was fine. All different employees gave me the same level of service.

The hotel's location was great -- within walking distance to many good restaurants. Comfort was very good, service from staff was excellent, and I would recommend that inn and will stay at that inn again if and when I am in the area.
The staff in the breakfast area was extremely outgoing and struck up enjoyable conversation. They asked if they could get us anything and asked how everything was.
